Railway box wagon heat-isolating layer and its production method

2005
The present invention relates to a railway box wagon heat-isolating layer which is composed of the components of the part ratio by weight: 100 to 140 parts of epoxy resin, 60 to 85 parts of epoxy solidifying agent, 36 to 50 parts pf alcohol, 24 to 35 parts of short fiber, 32 to 45 parts of thickening powder, 16 to 25 parts of pigment master batch and 0.8 to 1.6 parts of foaming agent. A production method comprises: the epoxy resin, the alcohol, the short fiber and the thickening powder are mixed; then, the epoxy solidifying agent and the foaming agent are added; the mixture stands after preparation; subsequently, the mixture is poured into a hopper and sprayed on the inner surface of a railway box wagon body in a pressing gun mode; then, the inner surface is dried, namely that the one-time sprayed wagon body is pulled into a drying room and continuously heated for 40 to 60 minutes after the temperature gradually rises to 60 to 70 DEG C in 20 to 30 minutes; the inner surface is sprayed for the second time, namely that after the temperature of the wagon body is cooled to the room temperature, the inner surface is sprayed for the second time; after the inner surface of the wagon body is sprayed for 5 to 8 times, the wagon body is dried again and cleared. The present invention has the advantages of favorable effect of heat isolation, light weight, little space occupation, fire retardation, corrosion preventing action, long service life, adaptability to train speed rising requirements and simple production technology.
