Spatiotemporal Analysis Developed for Functional Diffuse Optical Imaging and its Clinical Applications

A spatiotemporal analysis method is developed for diffuse optical Imaging of brain functions. The approach is applied to the data measured from children with cerebral palsy and from normal adults during repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.
