The invention relates to the technical field of heating ventilation air conditioners and energy conservation, in particular to a multi-working-condition composite indirect air processing device and an air conditioning method thereof. The multi-working-condition composite indirect air processing device comprises shell, an air feeder, an exhaust fan, a wall-type heat exchanger and a surface type heat exchanger. An indoor air first inlet end, an indoor air second inlet end, an air feed opening end, a process air inlet end and exhaust opening end are arranged on the shell. A first valve and a second valve which can adjust opening degree are respectively disposed at the indoor air first inlet end and the indoor air second inlet end. The multi-working-condition composite indirect air processing device is reasonable and compact in structure and convenient to use, indoor air return is processed by switching between the wall-type heat exchanger and the surface-type heat exchanger or synergy of the two, the problem of air filtering difficulty is solved, and the ventilation air conditioning system under the weather conditions all year round is provided. In addition, due to the fact the air is processed in a composite manner, the multi-working-condition composite indirect air processing device is wide in application range and fields, safe, environmental friendly, simple and efficient.
