Starter relay control system and an engine controller

The invention discloses a starter relay control system which comprises a starter relay and an engine controller. The engine controller comprises a processor, a reset circuit module, a low-voltage protective circuit and a power tube; when the voltage of a storage battery is more than or equal to a first set value, the reset circuit module does not act, the processor does not reset and the output end state of the low-voltage protective circuit is controlled by a starting signal output by the processor to control on-off of the power tube so as to control on-off of the starter relay; and when thevoltage of the storage battery falls below the first set value and is more than or equal to a second set value, the reset circuit module acts to reset the processor and lock the output end state of the low-voltage protective circuit, so that the state of the starter relay is not affected when the processor resets when the voltage of the storage battery is low and the starter relay can be controlled to start a starter through the engine controller under a low-voltage working condition. The invention also discloses the engine controller.
