Ion Saturation Current of a Plasma Having Two Electron Temperatures

The probe theory of the positive ion saturation region for a plasma having two electron temperatures has been developed according to Bohm's criterion of ion sheath formation. The theory is checked experimentally by measurering the floating potential and two electron temperatures appearing on the probe characteristic
