Optimization of Processing Parameters for Rotating Frame Based on Finite Element

2018
In this paper, the rotating frame is taken as an example, the finite element simulation technology is used to study the thin-walled frame-like components. Focus on solving the following two problems frame parts: First, the coaxial accuracy guarantee; Second, deformation control. In order to ensure the accuracy of concentricity, the tool boring process of the shaft and the tail hole is analyzed. Based on the simulation results, the optimized process parameters of the specific process are proposed. By applying a quantitative residual stress to the machined surface, the stress-sensitive area of the frame and the sensitive direction are analyzed, and the process parameters are modified based on the analysis results. Reduce the deformation of the workpiece due to the release of residual stress in the process and improve the machining accuracy.
