Bidirectional rotation cleaning device for pipe inner walls

2013
The invention discloses a bidirectional rotation cleaning device for pipe inner walls. The bidirectional rotation cleaning device comprises an advancing device which is fixedly connected with a motor. The motor is fixedly connected with a central bevel gear through a coupler. The central bevel gear is simultaneously meshed with two intermediate bevel gears which are simultaneously meshed with a central reversing bevel gear. The central reversing bevel gear is coaxially fixedly connected with an outer rotating drum. The coupler is coaxially fixedly connected with an inner rotating drum. One end of each brush rod is fixedly connected to both the inner drum and the outer drum, and the other end of each brush rod is fixedly connected with a brush head for cleaning the pipe inner walls. The central bevel gear is coaxial with the central reversing bevel gear, and the two intermediate bevel gears are coaxial. The pipe inner walls are cleaned by mechanical bidirectional rotation using the bevel gear mechanism, two opposite force couples generated during pipe inner wall cleaning are utilized to achieve mutual balance, and cleaning of pipes of different diameters can be achieved by mounting cleaning brush rods of different length. In addition, the bidirectional rotation cleaning device is simple to adjust and convenient and reliable to operate.
