High-conductivity non-heat treatment type rare-earth thermal-resistant aluminium alloy conductor material

2010
The invention discloses a high-conductivity rare-earth non-heat treatment type thermal-resistant aluminum alloy conductor material, belonging to the technical field of materials for electric wire conductors. The aluminum alloy conductor material mainly comprises the following six elements of aluminium, zirconium, erbium, yttrium, ferrum and titanium and comprises the following components by mass percentage: 0.03-0.06% of zirconium, 0.05-0.20% of erbium, 0.10-0.25% of yttrium, 0.05-0.12% of ferrum, 0.01-0.03% of titanium, less than or equal to 0.06% of impurity element silicon, less than or equal to 0.10% of other impurities and the balance aluminium. In the invention, the thermal-resistant temperature of the thermal-resistant aluminum alloy material is 150 DEG C, the conductivity thereof is larger than 60% IACS, and the tensile strength thereof is larger than 160MPa. By using the material in the invention to manufacture wires, the working temperature is improved, the transmission capacity is increased, the current-carrying capacity is improved by more than 60% compared with a common aluminium wire, and the levels of the tensile strength and the elongation thereof achieve and even exceed the common aluminum wire level.
