The utility model relates to a waste heat recycling system for barrel surface of a rotary kiln. The waste heat recycling system is mainly mounted on the rotary kiln with a waste heat power generation system, and radiant heat energy on a rotary kiln barrel is utilized and collected by the aid of mounting arc heat transferring caps above the rotary kiln. In summer and on the condition that hot water for daily life is not produced, a waste heat boiler is heated to supply water, electric energy production of a waste heat power plant is increased, and waste heat energy can be used for daily wash water. In winter, the waste heat energy is mainly used for heating and heat supplying. On one hand, waste heat resource discharged from the barrel surfaces of the rotary kiln is comprehensively utilized, heat is recycled and waste is changed into treasure, manufacturing cost of an enterprise is lowered, economic benefit of the enterprise is enhanced, intense production power consumption situation is partially relieved, and competitiveness of the enterprise is improved. On the other hand, collateral fuel consumption can be reduced, energy resource is saved, and air pollution to environment and greenhouse effect are reduced. Additionally, heat stress breaking problem caused by that surface heat radiation of the rotary kiln is affected due to the heat transferring caps in summer is solved.
