Device for continuously converting glycerine into lactic acid by using hydrothermal reaction
2009
A continuous hydrothermal reaction of glycerol into lactic apparatus, to a device to convert glycerol into lactic acid by hydrothermal reaction under basic conditions. A high pressure metering pump (2), stabilizing system, a hydrothermal reaction system, a cooler (14), tubular filter (18) and a back pressure valve (19) components. By high-pressure metering pump (2) the hydrothermal reaction mixture input system 0.33mol / L glycerol with 1.25mol / L of a base, maintained at 300 deg.] C and a hydrothermal reaction system and the back pressure regulator valve systems synergy, of 10 MPa or hydrothermal conditions, 60min glycerol can be stably obtained continuous conversion of 83% and 60% higher than the rate of lactic acid is continuously generated. Compared with the reactor, the present invention achieves reaction of glycerol and rational design, ease of operation to the continuous conversion of lactic acid, with the acid and by recovery of lactic acid to achieve separation. It can be widely used to lower the value of the by-products of biodiesel industry - glycerine for industrial production value higher lactic acid, in order to achieve the expansion of waste utilization and bio-diesel industry chain.
