Detemination of a Novel Platinum(IV)Anticancer Drug Satraplatin and Its Impurities by Reversed-phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Satraplatin is a novel oral platinum(Ⅳ)anticancer drug which has been separated and determined from its impurities under the conditions of a column ODS(150mm×4.6mm i.d.,5μm),acetonitrile-water (20～25:75～80,V/V)as mobile phase,flow rate 0.8mL/min,and detection at 210nm.This method de- tect the linear relative coefficient of Satraplatin and its impurities Jm149,Jm118:0.99,0.998,1.000;the linear is relastive.The minimum detection is 0.932μg/L,0.396μg/L,5.20μg/L,separately;the resolution of all substances are more than 1.5,recovery rate of Satraplatin is 99.2%～100.4%,accuracy 0.55%.The a- nalysis method have been successfully used in production and research of Satraplatin.
