A blow-drying assembly for agro-product processing comprises a rotating spindle (4). Three station conversion arms (3) which are distributed at equal intervals in the corner direction are fixedly arranged on the external circumference of the rotating spindle (4). Each station conversion arm (3) comprises a draining part section (31) close to the rotating spindle (4) and a transition blow-drying part section (32) connected with the outer side end of the draining part section (31), wherein an acute angle (B) is formed between the transition blow-drying part section (32) and the draining part section (31), the draining part section (31) is provided with a plurality of draining holes (311) inclining towards the outer side end from bottom to top, and the transition blow-drying part section (32) is provided with a plurality of transferring bogie wheels (321).
