A case of parapharyngeal schwannoma (neurilemmoma) with thrombophlebitis coexisting

: The Schwannoma of parapharyngeal space is uncommon tumor. The autors described a rare case of the schwannoma located in parapharyngeal space in 45-year-old man, with trombophlebitis coexciting. The tumor was removed trough the cervical approach. The post-surgery, follow-up examinations and CT check-up did not reveal any traces of recurrence.
