Paper explains why ISO 9001 standard is reasonable basis for creating an integrated management system. Analysis is based upon detailed review of user's needs and expectations. Paper, then, describes the way of creating integrated management system by fulfilling requirements of various international management-organizational standards. In the conclusion, some important aspects of integrated management systems, for organizations and for interested parties are reviewed. It is emphasized that effective application of international standards contributes the creation and maintenance of stable management systems in organizations, which also supports the stabilization of national and regional economy in a whole.
