대체 냉매를 이용한 가정용 히트펌프 부분부하 성능

2013
Environment issues have become a serious problem due to high GWP. Alternative refrigerants such as R-32 and HFO blend have suggested. The present study investigated the capacity, efficiency, discharge temperature of R-32 and HFO blend in a residential heat pump system in order to compare with those R-410A. Optimal refrigerant charge amount for R-32 and HFO blend systems were less by 18∼27% than those for R-410A system. Standard Cooling and Heating efficiency of R-32 system was increased over 5∼10% but discharge temperatures were higher by 6∼8℃ than R-410A system. Standard Cooling and Heating efficiency of HFO blend system was decreased over 2.4∼2.7% but discharge temperatures were higher by 4.8∼11.9℃ than R-410A system. R-32 SEER were increased by 6∼7% that those of R-410A system. SCOP were increased by 8∼9% that those of R-410A system. HFO blend SEER were almost same that those of R-410A system. SCOP were increased by 5∼7% that those of R-410A system. R-32 and HFO blend discharge temperature at SEER, SEER condition were higher by 1∼12℃ than R-410A system.
