한옥의 내진성능 향상을 위한 전단벽 구조계획에 관한 고찰

This paper is base on structural development to obtain lateral stiffness of the shear wall of Korean traditional timber house, Hanok. It is thought that the traditional wooden structure of foreign countries showed relatively favorable performance against the earthquake, compared to the RC structure, thanks to the high structural efficiency of the wooden frame and mansory shear wall. By comparing structural performance of the traditional Hanok shear wall with that of other countries, the study tried to find out proper structural systems that can be applied to Hanok. As the results of studies, these structural systems can be expected, that is, 1) bracing, 2) reinforced joint with steel, 3) installation of damping pad in joint, 4) masonry method for increasing energy dissipation capacity, 5) ALC block as infilling material. It is expected that numerical studies should be conducted to measure seismic resistance capacity of suggested methods subsequently.
