Induction heating cooking device and program for same

2012
An induction heating cooking device of a heating type and a program for the induction heating cooking device are obtained, the induction heating cooking device being capable of effectively producing convection in the liquid in a pan and preventing burning and sticking. The induction heating cooking device has: a main heating coil (MC); a plurality of sub-heating coils (SC1 to SC4) having a flatter shape than the main heating coil; inverter circuits (MIV, SIV) for supplying induction heating powers to the respective main heating coil (MC) and all of the sub-heating coils (SC1 to SC4); and a driving control portion (200) for instructing each of the inverter circuits to perform a driving pattern corresponding to a cooking menu. The driving control portion (200) supplies power simultaneously to the main heating coil (MC) and the sub-heating coils (SC1 to SC4) during a predetermined period and does not supply power to the main heating coil but supplies power to the sub-heating coils during the other period. By instructing the inverter circuits (MIV, SIV) to repeat the operations performed during these two types of periods, a heating pattern is executed in which a region of the inductively heated pan and heating power are temporally changed.
