The invention relates to an aluminum sulfate-enhanced stratum protective agent which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of sodium di-sec-octyl sulfosuccinate, 35-40 parts of sodium hydrogen carbonate, 18-23 parts of glucolactone, 215-260 parts of quebracho barks, 10-30 parts of sodium diethylhexyl sulfosuccinate, 10-30 parts of sodium fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, 120-150 parts of brown coal, 24-30 parts of albertite, 10-20 parts of paraformaldehyde, 12-15 parts of sodium hydroxide, 10-20 parts of carboxymethylcellulose and 130-150 parts of water. All materials are mixed and stirred to react for 2-3 hours at 75-120 DEG C to obtain a product. The aluminum sulfate-enhanced stratum protective agent has the advantages of easiness in getting of raw materials, low cost, greenness and environmental friendliness, convenience in use and good effect.
