Лапароцентез как один из методов дифференциальной диагностики в неотложной хирургии

One of the fastest available methods to diagnose abdominal cavity injuries and acute abdominal diseases (destructive cholecystitis, pancreatitis, mesenterial thrombosis, peritonitis etc.) is laparocentesis. It helps to minimize the time between patients hospitalization and surgery itself, more over it helps to avoid a celiotomy incision in the majority of cases. The method of laparocentesis is simple and informative especially in emergency surgery. If laparoscopy, in its technical implementation, is not always possible, then laparocentesis can be performed in all conditions, for example under local anesthesia in hospital ward or surgical dressing room regardless of the patient’s condition. Laparocentesis is highly informative method of additional diagnostic of closed abdominal injuries and acute surgical diseases.
