Морфологические особенности реакции гепатоцитов на травму костей голени (экспериментальное исследование)

The volumes of cells and nuclei, the nucleocytoplasmatic index (NCPI) and the percentage of different class nuclei from three zones of liver lobes have been studied in three and seven days after leg bone fracture in CBA line mice. Compensatory-and-adaptative hypertrophy has been revealed in structurally unchanged parenchymatous cells in three days after experimental bone fracture, as well as activation of protein-synthetic function in seven days after trauma.
