The utility model provides an adjustable guide vane structure with a corona. An upper disc (2) and a lower disc (3) are respectively arranged on an upper end wall and a lower end wall of an adjustable guide vane (1). The axes of the upper disc (2), the lower disc (3), an upper rotation shaft (4) and a lower rotation shaft (5) are on the same rotation axis line. The lower surface of the upper disc (2) and the upper surface of the lower disc (3) are respectively designed to be in a spherical corona structure and are concentric spherical surfaces, and the radiuses of the spherical coronas are different. The upper disc (2) is embedded into a casing (6), and the lower disc (3) is embedded into a wheel hub (7). The casing surface and wheel hub surface which are near the adjustable guide vane (1) are designed to be concentric spherical surfaces, the lower surface of the upper disc (2) and the casing surface share one spherical surface, and the upper surface of the lower disc (3) and the wheel hub surface share one spherical surface. A mounting angle of the adjustable guide vane can be changed effectively, adjustments on a turbine flow parameter and a flow parameter at an outlet of the guide vane are achieved, clearance leakage flow between the end walls of the adjustable guide vane is reduced, and work efficiency of a turbine is improved.
