On Developing Huzhou Featured Delicious Food

Featured delicious food is an inseparable and important part in tourism. It plays a very important role in developing tourist resources, but it hasn't been properly developed. This paper studies and analyzes in detail the history of Huzhou featured delicious food, the present situation, the developing conditions, and ways of solving the existing problems, etc, which offers a scientific basis for the leading departments concerned to make policy decisions to develop the featured delicious food so as to develop Huzhou's tourist economy.
