"People-Orientation" and Restoration of Consciousness of Ruling Body

As the core of scientific outlook of development,people-orientation is proposed by Communist Party of China(CCP) based on its deepening understanding of the law of social development.It is in conformity with the tenet of serving the people heart and soul;it also meets the essential requirement that the CCP is built for the public and it exercises state power for the people.Furthermore,people-orientation is a completely new idea of social development and an important strategic idea of carrying forward the progress of all-round well-off society construction and socialist modernization,which demonstrates a new height reached by CCP about the socialist modernization.Essentially speaking,the idea of "people-oriented" indicates an appeal to restitution of the consciousness of ruling body: restitution and integration from singleness and low-order to coordination and purpose-bound;restitution and integration from antagonistic to interactive;restitution and integration from autocratic to democratic and self-governing.
