자동차 ABS/ESC 아날로그 SoC 휠속도센서인터페이스용 고신뢰/고정밀 과전류 보호기법

Over-current protection technique for wheel speed sensor interface of automotive ABS/ESC analog SoC is presented in this paper. Accurate current-limit technique provides over-current protection from STG fault with robust PVT variation tolerance. Clamp circuit uses over-current protection technique of STB fault with self fault detection scheme. The chip is implemented in a 0.35um BCDMOS technology and occupies a chip area of 3.24mm2 .
