Synthesis of dihydropyrazol sulfanilamide derivatives containing tetrahydronaphthalene or chroman framework and application of derivatives in anti-cancer drugs

The invention relates to the synthesis of dihydropyrazol sulfanilamide derivatives containing a tetrahydronaphthalene or chroman framework. The dihydropyrazol sulfanilamide derivatives containing the tetrahydronaphthalene or chroman framework are characterized by having a general formula as shown in the specification. The dihydropyrazol sulfanilamide derivatives containing the tetrahydronaphthalene or chroman framework have an inhibition effect equivalent to or better than that of a positive control drug on mouse melanoma (B16F10), human breast cancer cells (MCF-7) and cervical cancer cells (HeLa). As a result, the dihydropyrazol sulfanilamide derivatives containing the tetrahydronaphthalene or chroman framework can be applied to preparing antitumor drugs. The invention also discloses a preparation method and anti-tumor bioactivity of the dihydropyrazol sulfanilamide derivatives containing the tetrahydronaphthalene or chroman framework.
