The piezoelectric motor

PURPOSE:To provide a piezoelectric motor which can surely fetch a displacement of a driving element as a rotary motion. CONSTITUTION:When the voltage which changes its phase in succession is applied to piezoelectric elements which are installed at a right side and at a left side, four at each side, a driving shaft 15 supported by a supporting ball 16 at each end bends and the bent section rotates around a center of rest of the shaft. Therefore, a gearing section of a driving gear 23 and a gear to be driven 24 rotates around the center of rest, rotating the gear to be driven 24 at a reduction gear ratio of (Z2-Z1)/Z2 according to the number of teeth Z1 of the driving gear 23 and the number of teeth Z2 of the gear to be driven 24. Along with the rotation of the gear to be driven 24, a cylinder to be driven 22 is rotated and rotating power is fetched from the cylinder to be driven 22.
