Pressure effect on transport and superconducting properties of impurity substituted MgB2 single crystals

Abstract Pressure effects on resistivity for C- and Al-substituted MgB 2 single crystals are reported. It is seen that resistivities at high temperatures are suppressed for Al-substituted sample, while resistivity does not change for C-substituted samples, suggesting different introduction of impurity scattering.
