The invention relates to a panel control device and an operation method thereof. The panel control device provided by the invention comprises a display controller and a touch controller, wherein the display controller drives a touch display panel module to display images; the touch controller senses the touch event of the touch display panel module; and the sensing operation of the touch controller can be correspondingly carried out or inhabited according to the driving operation of the display controller.
