The article discusses the technology of modeling and diagnostics of the screen interface of electronic texts on the basis of the suggested methods of evaluation of text perception quality. The amount of information obtained by the reader is determined by a thesaurus approach. The technological solutions that automatize the process of modeling and diagnostics of the interface quality of electronic textbooks by means of cloud technologies are described
