Effects of root exudates and rhizospheric microorganism of wheat and rape on growth of flue\|cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that 1) the extraction from roots and rhizospheric microorganism of wheat and rape could promote the growth of tobacco plants, 2) effect of the bacteria and fungus, particularly the fungus from rape rhizosphere soils was better than that from wheat's.
