Effect of Different Fresh Flowers and Foundation Patterns on Quality of Chimononthus praecox Tea

The experiment was conducted to study effects of different fresh flowers(jasmine,aglaia odorata,sweet osmanthus,and magnolia) and foundation patterns on quality of Chimononthus praecox tea.The results showed that different mother teas are scented from some flowers and the foundation pattern of the finished Chimononthus praecox tea scented from other mother teas can significantly improve the aroma of Chimononthus praecox tea,the aroma of Chimononthus praecox tea scented 10% aglaia odorata mother tea is the best,and its aroma is harmonious and rich,and its sensory score reaches 98.The finished teas of Chimononthus praecox fresh flower are scented with some suitable flowers respectively and then Chimononthus praecox tea can be produced according to different mixed proportion of some finished tea and the finished Chimononthus praecox tea.The aroma harmonization of the mixture according to 2.5∶7.5 of aglaia odorata tea and Chimononthus praecox tea is the best and its sensory score is up to 92.The optimum flower for two foundation patterns is aglaia odorata because of its good harmonization with Chimononthus praecox tea.
