EL ODIO EN EL DOCENTE

Se comenzara compartiendo una pregunta que ha nacido para acotar, limitar y nombrar cierta circunstancia particular del ejercicio de la docencia: ?como el odio -del docente hacia el alumno- puede pasar de ser obstaculo a ser motor del vinculo educativo? En principio se menciona cual es el valor de la asimetria que habita el vinculo educativo, sus efectos instituyentes respecto del sujeto de la educacion y el malestar que inevitablemente forja por tratarse de un vinculo social. En segunda instancia se distingue el malestar estructural de aquel sobreagregado que se vincula con las condiciones sociohistoricas presentes. Luego, se explora la nocion de contratransferencia desarrollada por Winnicott, dada su utilidad para comprender los sentimientos hostiles del docente hacia el alumno. Posteriormente, se profundiza respecto de la nocion de Sujeto propuesta por el Psicoanalisis y su emergencia solidaria a la conformacion del lazo social que le da lugar. Finalmente, se utilizan algunos de los desarrollos originales de Lacan en su Teoria de los Cuatro Discursos a fin de construir nuevos sentidos respecto de algunos fragmentos de acontecimientos aulicos, fragmentos de una historia de ensenanza y de aprendizaje que se compartira a fin de elaborar una reflexion sobre la practica docente. Palabras Clave Vinculo, Educativo, Cuatro, Discursos Abstract HATE IN THE TEACHING I will start by sharing a question that has come to define, limit and appoint some particular circumstance of the teaching profession: how hate - from the teacher to the student - can pass of being obstacle to educational link engine? To address this theme starts by mentioning what is the value of asymmetry that inhabits the educational link, its institutive effects with regard to the subject of education and discomfort that inevitably forged as a social link. In the second instance is distinguished the structural malaise related to the social and historical context. Then, explores the concept of countertransference developed by Winnicott, given its usefulness to understand the hostile feelings of the teacher to the student.Then it drills down respect the notion of subject proposed by psychoanalysis and its emergency solidarity to the formation of the social bond that gives place. Finally, used some of the original developments of Lacan in his theory of the four discourses in order to build new senses for some fragments of classroom events, fragments of a history of teaching and learning to be shared in order to develop a reflection on teaching practice.
