A non-woven cloth bag is set in the internal cloth bag. Heat releasing mixture containing diatomite powder, coke powder, sodium chloride, water reduced iron powder is filled in the non woven cloth bag, where there is also a medicine bag containing traditional Chinese medicinal herbs with different formulation for treating different diseases. The heat releasing bag can automatically raise temperature to 45-50 deg.C and maintain 20 hours.
