Состав травы короставника полевого ( Knautia arvensis L.)

2020
Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) of field scabious ( Knautia arvensis ) herbs detected phenolic acids and flavonoids. The content of phenolic components calculated as chlorogenic acid equivalent varied from 1.05 to 2.08% as quantitatively estimated by spectrophotometry. It is proposed to standardize Knautia arvensis herbs based on this substance. The HPLC-UV method revealed the presence of o -kumaric, gallic, neochlorogenic, chlorogenic, caffeic, isoferulic and rosmarinic acids, as well as hyperoside and kaempferol. Chlorogenic acid showed the greatest content (0.29 – 0.60%). The GC-MS method allowed determining 92 substances in hexane fraction of the alcohol extract, including alpha-linolenic acid, ethyl esters of palmitic, palmitoleic, 13-methyltetradecanoic and phenylacetic acids, phytol, isovaleraldehyde diethylacetal, hexahydro-farnesyl acetone, diethoxyethane, 14-methyl-8-hexadecenal, succinic acid diethyl ether, dihydrocytronellol, phenylacetaldehyde and some other components.
