The optical sensor comprises a light guiding part and a photovoltaic conversion part, wherein the light guiding part comprises a light diffusing part and a light-transmitting hardened coating, and the light-transmitting hardened coating is used for protecting the light diffusing part; one side of the light diffusing part is provided with the photovoltaic conversion part, and the other side, away from the photovoltaic conversion part, of the light diffusing part is painted with the light-transmitting hardened coating; and the light guiding part is used for collecting ambient light, and the photovoltaic conversion part is used for converting the ambient light collected by the light guiding part into an electric signal. By implementing the optical sensor, the terminal, and the manufacturing method of the optical sensor, the hardness of the light guiding part can be improved while guaranteeing the light transmitting effect of the light guiding part since the light-transmitting hardened coating is painted on the surface of the light diffusing part, the wear resistance of the light guiding part is improved, and further the wear resistance of the optical sensor is improved. By adopting the optical sensor, the terminal, and the manufacturing method of the optical sensor, the wear resistance of the optical sensor is improved.
