The pound of "trusteeship" for hospital towards ideological and political work and the policies towards it

The article analyzes the "target responsibility system for trusteeship for medical care service and assets operation" in hospitalsas well as the problems in reforming ideological and political work and the causes. Based on 3 aspects, namely close combination of ideologicaland political work with trusteeship reform to establish the new priority to obey and serve economic reform; combination of ideological theorywith behavior theory to promote new progress for the reform; combination of ideological incentive with material incentive to set up a new systemfor ideological and political work; it explores the aim and real effectiveness of ideological and political work, strengthening the position ofideological and political work in hospital development.
