Уровень адипокинов в периферической крови у лиц молодого возраста с бронхиальной астмой

2015
The aim of the research. To study clinical functional features in conjunction with the level of leptin and adiponectin in the syntropy BA and alimentary obesity in young people in order to optimize anti-asthmatic therapy. Materials and methods. There were examined 133 people: 93 patients with asthma were divided into 2 groups according to body mass index (BMI) and 40 healthy volunteers. All assessed the presence of overweight and determination of the degree of obesity. Determination of leptin and adiponectin in peripheral blood plasma produced by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay eBioscience (USA). Results. It was noted decrease in the level of adiponectin in peripheral blood in the test groups in comparison to the control. Were identified gender differences in the level of leptin in the peripheral blood of both groups. Conclusion. One of the important pathogenetic mechanisms in syntropy asthma and obesity is an imbalance of adipokines in the blood plasma, so elevated levels of leptin contributes to the worsening of bronchial obstruction and systemic inflammation, which requires a differentiated approach in achieving asthma control in these patients.
