The correct and complete collection of the customers' requirements is essential for the successful development of a product. The process of the collection of customer requirements, that is presented in the following article, is based on the two-dimensional model of Kano et al. The differentiation of the customers'requirements into different categories forms the starting point. For each category elicitation methods are gathered and combined with the traditional process of methodical product development.
