Clinical study of liquid nitrogen frozen combined with α- 2b interferon in the treatment of anal condyloma acuminatum
2015
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and recurrence hazard of liquid nitrogen frozen combined with α- 2b interferon in the treatment of anal condyloma acuminatum( CA). Methods A total of155 cases with anal CA were included in this study and randomly divided into control group( n = 71) and treatment group( n = 84). Patients in two groups were all given liquid nitrogen frozen treatment and those in treatment group were given α- 2b interferon, four times a day,3 months was a course. The data of clinical efficacy and recurrence hazard ratio( HR)of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical efficacy were75. 0% and 95. 7% in control group and treatment group, respectively, which demonstrated that the clinical efficacy was lower in control group( P 0. 05). And the recurrence HR in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of α- 2b interferon combined with liquid nitrogen frozen is effective for anal CA and can significantly decrease the recurrence rate.
