Dual-passage piezoelectric oil injector

Provided is a dual-passage piezoelectric oil injector, comprising a dual-passage oil injector body (9), wherein the bottom end of the oil injector body is connected to an upper intermediate body (5), a lower intermediate body (4) and a dual-passage needle valve body (1) in sequence, the top end thereof is provided with two oil pipe interfaces (93), and an oil pipe oil passage (98) is arranged in each of the oil pipe interfaces (93), and the interior thereof is provided with two stacked piezoelectric drivers (6, 7) and two oil-injection oil passages which are respectively in communication with the two oil pipe oil passages (98); an intermediate connection body is formed after the upper intermediate body (5) is connected to the lower intermediate body (4), and external control oil passages (45, 55), external oil-injection oil passages (14, 44, 57), an internal control oil passage (56) and internal oil-injection oil passages (47, 54) which are interpenetrated from top to bottom are arranged in the intermediate connection body; the dual-passage needle valve body (1) is of a sleeve structure, and the interior thereof is provided with an internal oil-injection nozzle (11) and an external oil-injection nozzle (12); and the two stacked piezoelectric drivers (6, 7) control the oil pressure in the internal control oil passage (56) and the external control oil passages (45, 55) in the intermediate connection body, so as to control the opening and closing of an internal needle valve (2) and an external needle valve (3) in the dual-passage needle valve body (1), thereby controlling the oil-injection action of the internal oil-injection nozzle (11) and the external oil-injection nozzle (12). The oil injector in the present invention has a simple structure and low manufacturing costs, and can meet the requirements of a dual-fuel engine and a dual-track engine.
