Study on the Relationship between Tax Revenue and Economic Development——An Empirical Analysis on the Data of Shandong Province Based on 1995-2012

Through the analysis of tax economic index data of Shandong in 1995-2012 years,this paper found that Shandong province tax revenue is closely related to the local economic development and its main growth factor is local economic development thought it is not particularly evident in the promotion of tax growth rate,but that tax collection and management,policy system,industrial structure and other economic factors play a more important role.In addition the macro tax burden of Shandong province is compatible with the local economic development.This has played a positive role in promoting the economic development.
