Development of automatic programming system for NC-ultrasonic grinding of ceramics surface

Each axis of NC-ultrasonic grinding machine-tool was introduced.In order to implement NC ultrasonic grinding of parallel ruled surface,calculation of cutter location and post processing method were introduced.Data transfer process was analyzed,when Matlab engine was called from Visual C++.Software design of automatic programming system was implemented,and the experiment of machining ceramics blade surface was carried out.The machine-tool provided with this automatic programming system can fulfill its function well.The used method of mixed programming can lower the difficulty of software development much,and can provide reference for development of other automatic programming system and non real-time system.
