Cooperación universidad-empresa: doctorados en ingeniería industrial: investigación-acción e innovación en desempeño

Un conjunto de aspirantes al grado cientifico de doctor en ciencias de determinada especialidad tutorados por el autor, fue tomado como estudio de caso. El objetivo de esta investigacion fue caracterizar, en el ambito de la gestion del capital humano de alta calificacion, la experiencia de cooperacion entre universidad y empresa a traves de la tutoria de tesis doctorales sobre ingenieria industrial. En la actividad de los aspirantes, se destaco su quehacer en la vida cientifica, la aplicacion del metodo de investigacion-accion junto a la innovacion respecto al desempeno, y en la del tutor la afiliacion de ellos a un grupo, proyecto y linea de investigacion, considerando la piramide investigativa y su vida cientifica en el grupo y la empresa. Se obtiene como resultado la caracterizacion de esa experiencia, que bien puede tomarse como referencia de un proceso de cooperacion exitosa en el desarrollo doctoral fortaleciendo el nexo universidad y empresa. Abstrac A set of aspirants to the scientific degree of doctor of sciences of a certain specialty tutored by the author, was taken as a case study. The objective of this paper was the characterization, in the field of highly qualified human capital management, the experience of cooperation between university and company through the mentoring of doctoral theses on industrial engineering. In the activity of the aspirants, his work in scientific life stands out, the application of the research-action method along with the innovation with respect to performance was emphasized, and in the tutor's the affiliation of them to a group, project and line of research, considering the research pyramid and its scientific life in the group and the company. The result of this is the characterization of this experience, which can be taken as a reference of a successful cooperation process in doctoral development, strengthening the nexus university and company.
