卒中相关性肺炎（stroke-associated pneumonia,SAP）是一种常见的卒中并发症，可累及1届的卒中患者，使患者死亡风险增高3倍。其归因病死率在卒中后所有内科并发症中最高，也是卒中急性期后死亡的首位原因，约占30d死亡病例的30％。
