Is a system consisting of a video camera with PAL system (2) pointing to the bust conductor (1), the signal passes through an analog / digital converter (3) until a FPGA (7) with two RAM (5) and (6), and a video sync generator (4). The FPGA is connected to an interface (8), which is actuated when the situation requires. The FPGA (7) is formed by three filters in series processing the digitized video signal: medium, Sobel and maximum. Thus processed image, the analysis module can discern flicker, according to certain protocols whether to generate an electrical signal to actuate the warning interface.
