The present invention is to provide a motor in which magnets are embedded satisfactory properties and with a high productivity, a rotor of this motor comprising a rotor core (1) obtained by laminating a plurality of rotor frames cut from an electromagnetic steel sheet and liquid bonding magnets obtained by inserting a material consisting of permanent magnet particles in a resin, wherein the bond magnet are injected into a plurality of slits formed in the radius direction the rotor core for each pole of the rotor, and wherein the thus injected bond magnets are magnetized after treatment.
