Некоторые аспекты использования микросателлитов в свиноводстве

The comparative inquiry of blood groups (BP) and microsatellites (STR) as genetic markers for characterization of pig populations of different breeds is carried out. The pig origin determination accuracy account on the basis of BP and STR is performed. It is shown, that genetic profiles of pigs on the basis of STR can be used as a criterion for determination of breed belonging.
