[Use of the medical glue MK-14i in emergency surgery and endoscopy].

: Results of the application of medical glue MK-141 for treatment of patients with acute chemical lesions of the esophagus (140 cases), with tracheobronchial fistulas (18 cases) and with using the endoscopic technique are presented. The glue was used for hermetization of sutures in patients with trauma of organs of the chest and abdomen as well as for hemostasis in patients with trauma of parenchimatous organs. In all the cases positive effects were obtained. In treatment of patients with chemical burns of the esophagus the amount of postburn stenoses and bleedings was decreased. The time of wound healing grew shorter.
