Total Laparoscopic versus Open Splenectomy and Esophagogastric Devascularization in the Management of Portal Hypertension: A Comparative Study

Background/Aim: Total laparoscopic splenectomy (LS) + esophagogastric devascularization (ED) has been accepted as a safe treatment for patients with portal hypertension and serious
