Synthesis, characterization and evaluation of antitubercular and analgesic activity of some novel pyrazolopyrimidine and pyrazolopyridine derivatives

Desired fused ring system4{1.phenyl-3(Substituted phenyl)-1H-pyrazole-4-yl}-6-phenyl-1,2,3,4 tetrahydro pyrimidine-2thione & 5-phenyl –s-triazolo[ 1,5,a]pyrimidine (5,a,b) have been synthesized respectively with reaction of (1-phenyl-3-(substituted phenyl)-1Hpyrazol-4yl)-3-phenyl-1-propen-3-one.using a mixture Thiourea & ethanolic sodium ethaoxide & 3.amino .s.triazole. these derivatives 4(a-c) & 5(a-b) screened for analgesic & Antitubercular activity.
